The system was designed for internal use only, enabling the admin to control sales, invoices, product inventory, waste and returns logging, and generate detailed reports.
It replaced fragmented spreadsheets and manual processes with a centralized, real-time system that’s secure, fast, and accessible from any device.
The project was developed from scratch, covering UI/UX design, backend architecture, database modeling, and deployment.
The El Tahmisa Bakery Management System is a custom-built, admin-only ERP & POS solution tailored for the operational needs of El Tahmisa Bakery in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi.
The system centralizes all aspects of bakery management, including sales tracking, invoice processing, inventory monitoring, waste/returns logging, and financial reporting, into a modern, secure, and responsive web application.
Designed to support both B2B and B2C operations, it integrates sales management with product categorization, and delivers real-time insights to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
